Etisalat is a telecommunication company in Nigeria and we are currently recruiting for a smart and qualified applicant to fill the vacant position of:
Job Title: Manager, Training Human Resources
Job Location: Lagos
Job Duties:
- You will be in charge of the design, planning and delivery of training programs
- you will conduct research on latest training interventions and work with external consultants
- you will develop methods, and procedures to support training initiatives
- you will coordinate and evaluate and select training consultants
- you will be the one to coordinate the definitions of training requirements and calendar
Job Requirement
. Minimum of First degree ( from a recongnized University)
. Minimum of 6 years experience
. those with certificate from CIPM, SHRM/HRCI,  will have advantage
