Business Development Manager

• The position holder will be expected to oversee the development and growth of profitable new business through directing and managing business development activities as well as develop and maintain effective client relationship
• Develop. review. and report on the company's business development strategy
• Lead marketing and sales activities through effective advertising and promotional planning.
• Coordinate customer Relationship Mgt.
• Conducts competitor and market analysis
• Source and respond to request for proposal

Minimum Requirement
At least a degree from a recognized University with 7-10 years post NYSC qualification
Supply Chain Mgt. Experience with strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
Must have strong computer skills. particularly in the use of spreadsheet and MS office package.
Excellent Business Development and customer service attributes is a must.

HR & Admin Manager

- S/He will be responsible for overseeing and entrenching proper administrative practices. policies and standards including equipment and office maintenance and adequacy of work tools.

Minimum Requirement
A Master's degree in HR Management or related discipline
8 years of experience in an administrative role 4 of which must have been in active HR
management role. Membership of a professional body such as CIPM will be an added advantage.
Must have strong computer skills. particularly in the use of spreadsheet and MS office package.

ICT Officer

The position holder will be required to provide technical support for a wide range of IT activities (basic hard and software issues) and in the use of databases.
Plan, organize and control day-to-day information technology resource activities. Managing and supporting Servers, conduct routine maintenance and upgrades.
Support the process of carrying out data quality checks, identify data quality issues and provide solutions to relevant departments/units. Assist in capacity building activities in the area of database development and management. Ensure security of all databases in coordination with IT team
Participate in periodic monitoring and supportive visits (MSV) to SOPs, Regional offices.

Minimum qualifications/Skills
University Degree or equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in Health care supply chain, Data/information Management related role
Ability to demonstrate practical use of information systems like SOL, Ms. Access, and other
Microsoft packages as well as statistical methods and data analysis software as well as data quality management skills.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of supply chain management.

Warehousing Officer - Pharmaceutical

• The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining good store practice and transaction records for receipts and issues of ARVs and other related commodities, based primarily at the Pharmaceutical store
• Coordinate receipt. warehousing and safe custody of ARVs and other related drugs and commodities procured
• Ensure high accuracy in packaging according to allocations and always secure timely transportation, distribution and delivery of drugs to the facilities.
• Ensure highest levels of quality at the most efficient landed cost, adequate capacity and on-time delivery.

Minimum Requirement
Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent training from a recognized University
3·5 years' experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical stores.
Project management and practical experience in health care related projects required.
