Position: Electrician

Reporting: He will report to our Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Specialization: Hospitality/Leisure/Travels and Administration & Office Support

Responsibilities:

• To check the duty plants/machines and equipment in the Residence daily on resumption and till the end of the shift.
• To attend to Rooms and public area damage reports when on duty.
• To attend to other faults reported as need arises during his duty period
• Monitor and control water supply to the Residence at all times while on duty and make sure that ALL guest complains on maintenance issue are adequately addressed swiftly
• Report writing on activities during shift period.
• Could be assigned other duties by the Facility Manager whom he reports to.

 

Educational Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Must have at least five credits in GCE/NECO/WAEC in not more than two (2) sittings with 3-5 years working experience.
• At least an OND or a professional certificate in Electrical Engineering would be an added advantage.
• An Hotel experience would also serve as an advantage
• Must have basic computer awareness.
• Must have excellent inter personal and people skills.
• Must deal with customers politely.
• Must be dressed neatly.
• Integrity, honesty and accountability in all dealings.
