Country Manager needed in a Multinational Company

A Multinational Company in the FMCG sector requires the service of a Country Manager - West Africa for their office in Nigeria.

Country Manager - West Africa
Main Job Purpose
Key Responsibility is development of Product categories.
Deliver KPls by developing strategies and executing key new products and strategic projects.
Provide monthly sales volumes forecast that best reflect forward sales,
Ensure to achieve the Total West Africa Target Delivery.
Monitoring & Managing the Sales Team.
Influencing & Motivating distributor teams in achieving Company goals
Plan for direct coverage of retail outlets through the use of Distributor sales team.
Be an effective link between various functions within Company with the Distributor teams

The job requires travel in and around AFRICA
Experience Required
Experience of 8 years plus in Sales Managerial level
Prior work experience in a Multinational FMCG Company with strong exposure to new product development, Channel Management, Distributor Management
Interested candidates must be currently based in Lagos
Candidates with age between 30 - 35years.
