Material Controller
Qualification:
Minimum of Bsc / B.Eng in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas environment as a Material Controller.
Ability to use SAP efficiently.
Good knowledge of stock management system
Ability to ensure that any applicable safety rules are implemented by the staff involved, especially regarding hazardous goods, and that the equipment preservation procedures is properly and duly implemented throughout the duration of the contract

Civil Engineer
Qualification:
Minimum of Bsc / B.Eng in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas environment as a Civil Engineer.
Acquaintance with international standards: ASTM, ACI, British / Euro Standards (BS/EN), AASHTO etc
Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and HSE – work permit system, risk assessment, safelty talks, incident analysis etc
Good knowledge of technical & commercial dossiers for tendering and contracting.
Ability to implement schedule, execute, project procedure and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, comply to quality standard in accordance with the project schedules.
Experience in follow-up of material procurement and preparing construction cost estimates for projects.
Ability to perform Civil and Structural analysis / design and technical review of Civil/ Structural deliverables.

Construction Engineer
Qualification:
Minimum of Bsc / B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas surface facilities as a Piping, Mechanical, Construction or Project Engineer.
Acquaintance with international standards: API, ASTM, ASME, BS, ISO.
Good knowledge in technical – commercial aspects of tendering and contracting

Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and HSE – work permit system, risk assessment, incident analysis etc
Ability to implement schedule, execute, project procedure and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and comply with quality standard in accordance with the project schedules.

Site Supervisor – Civil
Qualification:
Minimum of Bsc / B.Eng in Civil or Building Engineering or its equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas environment as Site Supervisor.
Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and HSE – work permit system, risk assessment, safety talks, incident analysis etc

Supervision and control / monitors of contractors’work execution to ensure compliance with scope, design, specifications, drawings, quality and planning.

Qualification:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Oil and Gas surface facilites as a Construcion or Project or Site Superintendent. Acquaitance with international standards: API, ASTM, ASME, IEC, BS, IEEE, IP Codes, NEC, NACE, ISO, etc.
Good knowledge of HSE – HSE Management Sysytem, work permit system, risk assessment, safety talks, incident analysis etc
Ability to coordinate & lead mulitiple discilinary teams of E& I, QA/QC, Civil, Piping, Mechanical, and Safety supervisors.
Good knowledge of inspection & control of mechanical, piping Civil, E&I works
Good knowledge of precomm & commissioning activities
Ability to monitor & drive the overall progress of contractors on site to ensure Projects are completed and handed over on schedule.
